We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IVR Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software quality assurance, with a focus on testing and automation.
Key Responsibilities- Create and execute complex functional and regression test scenarios to identify defects and improve the overall quality of the product.
- Ensure thorough test coverage and execution of test cases that exercise all critical inter-system integration points.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and meet project deadlines.
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on testing and automation.
- Proven experience with automated test tools, including Hammer On Demand and/or Hammer Call Master and Selenium WebDriver and/or Playwright.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript for test automation.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodology and Defect Workflow.
- Familiarity with Text to Speech, Speech to Text technologies.
- Experience working in SAFe / Agile environments.
- Understanding of Rally for project and test management.
