New Client Acquisition Strategy:
  1. Develop and implement business development strategies to identify and secure new clients for IT staffing positions, both contract and full-time.
  2. Leverage existing networks and build relationships with key stakeholders, including implementing partners, client vendor managers, and other industry experts.
  • Initiate and finalize master service agreements (MSAs) with clients, ensuring seamless coordination between parties.
Requirement Management:
  1. Gather and obtain new IT staffing requirements from clients, working closely with the internal recruitment team to ensure quality submissions and timely delivery of candidates.
Relationship Building:
  1. Establish and maintain strong, professional relationships with key decision-makers and vendor managers, serving as the primary point of contact for client escalations and satisfaction.
Market Research and Analysis:
  1. Stay updated on industry trends and insights, identifying new business opportunities and competitors, to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Reporting and Communication:
  1. Provide regular updates to the leadership team on business development progress, client interactions, and staffing goals.
Key Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in IT staffing business development, with established connections in implementing partner companies.
  2. Strong network with client vendor managers in the IT staffing space.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  4. Ability to understand and present technical job requirements effectively.
  5. Demonstrated ability to drive results and achieve targets consistently.
  6. Experience in securing and managing MSAs is highly desirable.
