About the Company
: Auroedge Private Limited is looking for a dynamic, driven, and proactive Business Development Executive (Field Sales) to join our Sales team. This role includes both field visit (approx. 60%) and internal sales (approx. 40%) focuses on acquiring new business for our staffing and recruitment solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B field sales, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a high-activity, target-driven environment.
About the Role
: Auroedge Private Limited is looking for a dynamic, driven, and proactive Business Development Executive (Field Sales) to join our Sales team.
Responsibilities
:
- Field Sales & Lead Generation (60% On-Field / 40% internal sales, Coordination & Research)
- Conduct frequent field visit across industrial areas, commercial hubs, and corporate offices to identify and approach potential clients.
- Generate a minimum number of qualified leads per week (businesses with confirmed or potential staffing requirements).
- Gather accurate client information including HR contacts, decision-makers, and hiring needs.
- Target and explore opportunities across sectors such as CA Firms, IT, Pharma, Manufacturing, Logistics, Retail, and more.
- Actively source new leads and staffing requirements within your assigned territory; online leads may be provided, but offline lead generation is mandatory.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Meet with HR managers, business owners, and admin professionals to present Auroedge's staffing and workforce solutions.
- Attend meetings scheduled by the tele calling/inside sales activity and conduct requirement-gathering discussions.
- Deliver impactful presentations, handle objections, and position Auroedge as a trusted staffing partner.
- Share proposals, follow up regularly, and work to convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients through excellent communication and consistent engagement.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain daily records of field activities, leads, meetings, and client interactions in CRM or sales trackers.
- Submit detailed weekly reports summarizing performance: leads generated, meetings held, and conversions achieved.
- Provide regular market insights and updates on competitor activity to management.
Qualifications
:
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in B2B field sales, preferably in staffing, recruitment, or HR consulting.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Must have own Laptop to carry out internal sales coordination, reporting, and documentation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand client hiring needs and recommend suitable workforce solutions.
- Proficient in English & Hindi.
- Knowledge of Marathi language is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with strong follow-up skills and sales discipline.
- Familiarity with offline lead generation and cold client acquisition is a must.
Required Skills

Preferred Skills
:
- Knowledge of Marathi language.
