bout the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) who can drive new client acquisition for our Recruitment, RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing), and Staffing Solutions business.

This role is ideal for someone with strong corporate sales or HR solutions background who enjoys building partnerships and growing revenue in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new clients for RPO, permanent hiring, and staffing services across industries.
  • Build strong client relationships with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition leaders, and Business Heads.
  • Understand client hiring needs and design customized recruitment or staffing solutions.
  • Pitch, negotiate, and close business deals while achieving sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal recruitment delivery teams to ensure timely and quality fulfillment.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular business forecasts and repo

Requirements

  • 38 years of experience in Business Development / Sales in recruitment, staffing, or HR outsourcing.
  • Strong understanding of RPO, temp staffing, and permanent recruitment models.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
