Strategic IT Staffing Growth Leader

The Business Development Manager – IT Staffing role is focused on acquiring new clients for IT staffing positions. This involves developing and executing strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities, as well as building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
New Client Acquisition:
- Develop and execute plans to identify and secure new clients for IT staffing positions, both contract and full-time.
- Leverage existing contacts and build relationships with Implementing Partners, Client Vendor Managers, and other key stakeholders.
- Implement Master Service Agreements (MSAs) with clients.
- Initiate and finalize MSAs with clients.
- Obtain new IT staffing requirements from clients.
- Work closely with the internal recruitment team to ensure quality submissions and timely delivery of candidates.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and vendor managers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client escalations, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and insights to identify new business opportunities.
- Regularly analyze competitors and market dynamics to maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide regular updates to the leadership team regarding business development progress and client interactions.
- Ensure seamless coordination between clients and the internal team to achieve staffing goals.
