New Client Acquisition Strategy:
- Develop and execute a plan to identify and secure new clients for IT staffing positions (contract and full-time) by leveraging existing relationships and building new connections.
- Leverage partners, client vendor managers, and other stakeholders to implement strategies that drive business growth.
- Initiate and finalize Master Service Agreements (MSAs) with clients to establish long-term partnerships.
- Obtain new IT staffing requirements from clients and collaborate closely with the internal recruitment team to ensure quality submissions and timely delivery of candidates.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and vendor managers to ensure seamless coordination between clients and internal teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client escalations and ensure client satisfaction through regular updates and communication.
- Stay updated on industry trends and insights to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
- Analyze market dynamics to maintain a competitive edge in the IT staffing industry.
- Proven experience in IT staffing business development, preferably with established contacts in implementing partner companies.
- Strong network with client vendor managers in the IT staffing industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to understand and present technical job requirements effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results and achieve targets consistently.
- Experience in securing and managing Master Service Agreements (MSAs) is highly preferred.
