As a Sous Chef at Accor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food is prepared and served to our guests.

This role requires someone with strong leadership skills, who can motivate and supervise a team of chefs to achieve exceptional results. You will work closely with the Executive Chef to determine the quality and quantity of food materials used, with a focus on minimizing waste and reducing costs.

You will also be responsible for checking the taste, temperature, and visual appeal of food items prepared to ensure they meet the required standards. Additionally, you will ensure that all equipment and perishable items are stored in their designated place and handled in a hygienic manner.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a related field, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity. You should have good reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English, as well as excellent communication and customer contact skills.

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
