Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our culinary team at Bajo Foods.
As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that all menu items are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
You will work closely with our head chef and kitchen staff to maintain a clean and safe working environment and to ensure that all food safety regulations are met.
In addition to your culinary expertise, you will also be responsible for managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining relationships with local suppliers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff to prepare high-quality meals for our customers
- Develop and implement new menu ideas and specials
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the kitchen
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with our head chef to plan menus and ensure consistency in food quality and presentation
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an executive chef or senior chef in a similar establishment
- Degree in culinary arts or hospitality management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment
- A competitive salary of $80,000 per year
