Job Title: Business Development Manager
About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts in Andhra Pradesh. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across various industries.
Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, account management, and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement targeted sales plans to achieve assigned sales targets
- Cultivate relationships with existing customers to upsell and cross-sell our products and services
- Pursue new business opportunities through networking, marketing initiatives, and business development activities
- Account Management & Customer Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand existing customer accounts
- Foster open communication with customers to address concerns, provide support, and enhance their overall experience
- Channel Sales & Coordination
- Work closely with dealers and distributors to expand our market reach and increase product visibility
- Coordinate payment collection and resolve any outstanding issues in a timely manner
- Maintain effective dealer communication and provide necessary support to drive sales performance
- Regional Sales Operations
- Travel extensively throughout Andhra Pradesh to manage regional sales operations
- Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining superior performance metrics
- Submit regular reports, sales updates, and data through internal systems
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals and build lasting relationships
- Excellent decision-making abilities to drive business growth and profitability
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to create compelling presentations and documents
- Working knowledge of SAP-Concur and Flux One Team platforms to streamline sales processes
