Job Description:
">The Branch Sales Manager - LAP is responsible for initiating daily, weekly and monthly sales planning. This includes effective communication of individual target expectations and team target expectations to the team.
">Key responsibilities include adherence to anywise sales plans for self and his team, ensuring regular follow-up to track progress and take corrective action where necessary.
">Additionally, the Branch Sales Manager - LAP will ensure proper planning and availability of resources in advance for all market activities, coordinate with the Branch Manager for activities done in conjunction with other branch staff.
">Maintain daily sales efficiency by ensuring leads are updated in daily sales reports by the team.
">Initiate NPA customer calling for pending payments.
