Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Thane. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, managing team performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. Key tasks include coordinating with different departments, implementing marketing strategies, handling customer complaints, and maintaining compliance with company policies. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for staff training and development, financial management, and reporting.
