Role Overview

The Branch Head is accountable for overseeing and driving the overall business operations of the Bangalore branch. This includes sales growth, distributor/dealer management, branch profitability, operational efficiency, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day branch operations including billing, collections, stock, and logistics.

Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead, motivate, and monitor the branch sales & support team.
  • Train team members on products, software solutions, and sales processes.

Qualification and Experience:
  • Graduate / MBA in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Sales/Branch Management.
  • Experience in biometric devices, IT hardware, security systems, or B2B distribution will be an added advantage.
