Key Responsibilities:
- Branch Management & Operations:
Oversee the complete functioning of the branch, including classroom arrangements, batch scheduling, faculty coordination, and technical/office maintenance.
- Team Handling:
Lead and manage branch staff, ensuring smooth workflow, discipline, and alignment with organizational policies.
- Sales & Revenue Generation:
Drive branch sales and meet monthly/quarterly targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Target Planning & Achievement:
Set sales goals, track performance, and implement plans to consistently meet or exceed targets.
- Student Coordination:
Manage the academic lifecycle of students from admission to feedback collection, ensuring high satisfaction.
- Admission Support:
Assist in managing inquiries, lead follow-ups, and provide support to the sales team during the admission process.
- Inventory & Facility Management:
Maintain office supplies and ensure technical upkeep of classrooms and infrastructure.
- Event & Activity Management:
Coordinate academic and organizational events, ensuring smooth execution.
- Grievance Handling:
Address concerns of students and staff with effective, unbiased solutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years or more experience in branch operations, sales, or center management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Target-oriented with a track record of achieving revenue goals
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹600, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
