HR Manager - Corporate and Manufacturing

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HR leader to oversee all human resources functions within the organization. This role requires developing and implementing HR policies and frameworks, driving talent acquisition, retention, and employee engagement strategies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and HR best practices, partnering with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals, managing compensation, benefits, and performance management systems, facilitating leadership development and training programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent qualification
  • 18-20 years of experience in HR leadership roles within FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, or Manufacturing industries
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
  • Experience in handling international stakeholders
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and drive HR initiatives effectively
