Job Title: Training Program DirectorOur organization seeks an experienced professional to lead the development and implementation of training programs for new hire agents. With a proven track record in shaping learning cultures, this individual will play a pivotal role in our company's success.Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, train, manage, appraise, and develop a team of trainees to facilitate their growth and progress.
  • Provide direction in finding creative solutions for training and development through various learning methods, including mentoring and coaching.
  • Supervise daily activities of trainees and frontline staff, ensuring high motivation, skill demonstration, and excellent training with long-term positive results.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Design learning strategies to address needs identified through analysis and in partnership with the Site Quality Team.
  • Conduct complex training classes, develop evaluation and validation instruments, and identify skill and knowledge requirements for agents through data analysis.
  • Maintain compliance by proactively managing Health and Safety issues, understanding and complying with relevant policies, and ensuring all team members adhere to security protocols.
