Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Learning Architect with 15+ years of experience to lead the design, development, and execution of enterprise-wide learning strategies. This role requires a visionary leader capable of building and scaling Technology and Domain Academies, driving end-to-end program management, and ensuring measurable impact through training effectiveness and ROI analysis.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Imperative

Lead DES's transformation toward a future-ready, agile learning ecosystem aligned to business vision, goals, and growth.

  • Engagement: 60%+ employees nominated/enrolled in academies, domain, and niche training (within 12 months)
  • Coverage: All GDUs & Practices covered by Q3 FY26 (Academies, Deep Tech, Domain & Power Skills)
  • Cost Efficiency: Achieve 10–12% cost saving in external hiring via internal upskilling

2. External Vendor Training

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of external vendor training—from Training Needs Identification (TNI) to ROI impact analysis—to enhance workforce capabilities and deliver measurable business outcomes.

3. Knowledge Enablement

Drive knowledge democratization, streamline content and curriculum, and maximize content reuse to accelerate innovation. Oversee LMS platforms such as Udemy, Coursera, Percipio, and SAP SuccessFactors.

  • License Adoption: 75% employee adoption across platforms (of 3000 HC)
  • Learning Assets: 200+ curated learning paths/knowledge assets reused
  • Efficiency: 40% content reuse across functions
  • Platform Management: End-to-end administration of Udemy, Coursera, Percipio, SAP SuccessFactors

4. Enterprise Alignment

Unify and accelerate enterprise-wide learning initiatives under a cohesive, AI-enabled knowledge management strategy.

5. Capability Acceleration

Create full-stack academies aligned with evolving business needs to keep DES competitive and talent-ready.

  • Launches: 5+ new academies or learning journeys launched/relaunched in emerging tech/domains
  • Certifications: 25% of employees certified in critical, industry-aligned skills

6. Governance & Impact

Establish structured governance, ensure cross-functional alignment, and deliver measurable outcomes across all learning programs.

Required Qualifications

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, with at least 5 years in a strategic/architectural role
  • Proven track record in building and scaling academies or capability development frameworks
  • Strong program management experience with large-scale, cross-functional initiatives
  • Expertise in learning analytics, ROI measurement, and performance consulting
  • Familiarity with digital learning platforms and emerging L&D technologies
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications in Instructional Design, Program Management, or Learning Analytics
  • Experience in a global or matrixed organization
  • Exposure to Agile learning methodologies and change management practices
