Learning Manager Role

This role focuses on designing, delivering, and facilitating impactful learning experiences that build future-ready capabilities across a technology centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Learning Strategy: Align learning initiatives with business goals and create high-impact learning experiences.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with business leaders to identify skill gaps and learning needs, and collaborate with internal and external experts.
  • Learning Technology and Innovation: Leverage modern learning technologies and tools to enhance learner experience and stay updated on emerging trends in learning and development.
  • Measurement and Impact: Define success metrics and measure the effectiveness of learning programs, using data and feedback to continuously improve learning solutions.

Candidate Attributes:

  • Proven experience in learning design and facilitation in a corporate or tech environment.
  • Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, and digital learning tools.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Possession for continuous learning and innovation.
