Role Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Clinical Psychologist to support the emotional and psychological well-being of our learners. The ideal candidate will provide counseling, conduct assessments, and collaborate with educators and parents to create a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individual and group counseling sessions for learners.
  • Conduct psychological assessments and prepare reports.
  • Identify emotional, behavioral, and learning challenges in students.
  • Develop intervention strategies and personalized support plans.
  • Work closely with teachers and parents to address learners' needs.
  • Promote mental health awareness and conduct workshops as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professional ethics in all interactions.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Clinical Psychology (M.Phil/PhD preferred).
  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in a school or child-focused setting.
  • Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with educators and families.
  • Proficiency in maintaining records and preparing case reports.
  • Laptop is mandatory.

Compensation

Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications
