Customer Experience Visionary

We're seeking a skilled Senior Product Designer to shape the future of customer interactions. This visionary will work across every stage of the experience, from designing new features to prototyping high-fidelity solutions.


Key Responsibilities
  • Drive discovery and research to identify critical user insights and develop hypotheses for effective experiences
  • Communicate design ideas with aesthetic influence to shape and position impact for customers
  • Present own work and apply best practices for human-centric design to visual and usability challenges
  • Contribute to creating new design systems and deliver interaction design and illustrations for digital product features
  • Propose optimizations and creative approaches to systems that cultivate user needs and develop documentation for implementation
  • Facilitate design workshops with stakeholders and collaborate on motion, content strategy, visual design, and content development
  • Clarify success metrics for client and business impact and develop relationships with project team members

Requirements
  • Complex system mapping and process mapping expertise
  • Audits and competitive landscaping skills
  • User research and iterative testing proficiency
  • Wireframing and prototyping skills with UX/UI design tools
  • Component-based design-development knowledge
  • Product design methodologies and visual systems design experience
  • Sitemap creation, interaction design, and specifications documentation skills
