Workspace Experience Enhancer

This position is responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences by breeding a customer-centric approach within assigned portfolios. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of workspace dynamics and become the single point of contact for daily workspace needs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Active engagement with lines of business and occupants as ultimate service recipients.
  • Transforming the workspace team of the future.
  • Client stakeholder management.
  • Leadership.
  • Staff management.
  • Operations management.

The successful candidate will be able to adapt in a fast-paced working environment, versatile in meeting client changing needs and requirements. They must be customer-focused and proactive in establishing customer relationships.

A bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or other related field is preferred. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in hospitality - hotels, aviation industry, coworking spaces. Proven ability to function effectively as part of a team, demonstrate a proactive professional approach to customer service and stakeholder engagement.
