Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Scrum Master to lead and manage agile software development projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for anchoring the scrum ceremonies across various projects and ensuring that sprint plans, timelines, and budgets are executed according to agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and anchor high-performing Scrum Teams across diverse projects, fostering collaboration and driving results-oriented outcomes.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in consultation with stakeholders, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • Lead and motivate agile development teams, providing guidance, coaching, and support to maximize productivity and efficiency.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, addressing issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
  • Foster open communication within the team and with stakeholders, providing regular status updates, reports, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to define and implement quality standards and processes, ensuring software products meet or exceed quality expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience) with a minimum of 10 years of overall experience.
  • Proven experience as an Agile Scrum Master in the IT industry, with at least 5 years of experience in this role.
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  • Mandatory Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
