Game Development Opportunity

Our organization seeks a skilled Senior Game Programmer to lead gameplay and mechanics development using Unreal Engine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with designers, artists, and stakeholders to understand project requirements, gameplay mechanics, and technical specifications.
  • Develop complex gameplay systems, mechanics, and features ensuring alignment with the project vision and objectives.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to solve complex technical challenges, optimize performance, and improve overall game quality.
  • Mentor junior developers, fostering their growth and development in Unreal Engine and game development practices.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and workflows, identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Senior Unreal Game Developer or similar role, with strong portfolio of completed projects.
  • Extensive experience with Unreal Engine and deep understanding of its core systems, Blueprints, and C++ programming.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with passion for sharing knowledge and fostering collaborative team environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Shipped at least one title on PC, console, or mobile platforms using Unreal Engine, with active involvement in the project for more than 6 months.
  • Experience with version control systems.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and passion for delivering high-quality games.
