About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Instructional Game-Based Learning Designer to join our team.

As an Instructional Game-Based Learning Designer, you will be responsible for designing gamified behavioural learning solutions for employees in client organisations. This includes customizing content based on learning need analysis with the client and authoring content for learning games, group processes and interactive case simulations.

You will also be required to write scenarios, cases, and scripts for engaging and immersive learning experiences, as well as design board games and virtual games for learning (serious games). Additionally, you will create learning that is strongly rooted in behavioural science, focused on bringing lasting change in learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design gamified behavioural learning solutions for employees in client organisations.
  • Customize content based on learning need analysis with the client.
  • Author content for learning games, group processes and interactive case simulations.
  • Write scenarios, cases, and scripts for engaging and immersive learning experiences.
  • Design board games and virtual games for learning (serious games).
  • Create learning strongly rooted in behavioural science, focused on bringing lasting change in learners.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An understanding of adult learning principles.
  • An interest in behavioural skills development.
  • The ability to work in highly dynamic environments with high degrees of ambiguity.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • The ability to write, edit and proof-read quality written content for various mediums.
  • The ability to work both independently and within a team environment.

Requirements:

Any graduate with a BA/MA in Psychology or Information Design or Game Design or Communication.
