Game Development Specialist

About the Role

You'll work closely with our proprietary AI tool-chain to create, iterate, and judge new games and mini-apps on a daily basis. As part of your role, you'll design games and apps, review your own and others' work, and leave constructive feedback for improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Rapid Game Development: Develop and ship fresh games every day via our internal builders.
  • Self-Assessment & Rating: Review and rate your own output, identifying strengths and weaknesses.
  • Patient Reviewer: Critique fellow team members' work to raise the overall quality bar.
  • Prompt Optimization: Distill winning strategies into reusable templates and documentation.
  • Feedback Mechanism: File concise bug/UX reports to unblock engineers and fine-tune the AI.
  • Dashboards Management: Track engagement metrics and adjust settings to enhance user retention.

You may excel in this position if you-

  • Have 0-3 years of hands-on experience with Generative AI (ChatGPT, DALL-E/Midjourney, LLM chains).
  • Possess a gamer's taste and can articulate why something is enjoyable or not.
  • Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Able to prioritize ideas and focus on high-potential projects.
  • Bonus skills: basic coding knowledge (light JS/Lua/React), marketing fluency, or data analysis would be valuable assets.

Our Trial Period

We begin with a one-week paid trial period, after which we evaluate performance before moving forward with a long-term contract.
