At Nexii IT Labs pvt ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Specialist to join our team.

This role will be responsible for maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional after-sales service, as well as actively sourcing new sales opportunities through cold-calling and emailing.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits, and will utilize virtual meetings to build relationships with new customers.

Key responsibilities include processing customers' purchase orders, liaising with the logistics department, and advising customers on suitable product selection.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for creating a sales pipeline, following up on sales inquiries, and setting up face-to-face meetings between potential customers and Outside Sales Representatives.
