At Digitant Talent Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business growth strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement business growth strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects to identify cross-selling opportunities and drive business growth.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in business development or a related field.
• Proven track record of driving business growth and expanding customer bases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
