Lithium Ion Battery Sales Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Lithium Ion Battery Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the electric vehicle battery market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect Identification and Onboarding:
- Identify and engage with potential customers in the electric vehicle industry, focusing on lithium-ion battery applications.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding strategies to convert prospects into customers.
- Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the electric vehicle industry.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the lithium-ion battery market.
- Market Intelligence:
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments in the electric vehicle industry.
- Use market intelligence to inform sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
- Customer Requirements and Product Support:
- Collaborate with the engineering team to understand customer requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- Provide technical support to customers to ensure successful product implementation.
- Events Representation:
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build relationships and drive business growth.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Develop and maintain sales reports and other documentation to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Total Experience: 8-10 years of experience in sales, with a focus on the electric vehicle industry.
- Relevant Industry Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in lithium-ion battery sales, with additional experience in charger, tire, motor, controller, or BMS industries considered advantageous.
