We are seeking a Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will provide high-quality support to customers via various channels.
Your responsibilities will include resolving configuration issues, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience with our cloud products.
- Resolve customer configuration issues and respond to customer queries via email and chat.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring customers have a positive experience with our cloud offerings.
- Analyze customer use cases, troubleshoot issues, and implement workarounds for product bugs.
- Contribute to knowledge base development through articles and SOPs.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or support role.
- Familiarity with IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS concepts.
- Knowledge of AWS Services such as S3 and key web technologies, browser behaviors, and troubleshooting tools.
- DNS record types A, CNAME, TXT, and ability to apply networking concepts in debugging real-world networking issues.
- Basic understanding of IdP, SP Architecture, and hands-on experience with debugging SSO issues is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
- Logical approach to problem-solving and strong troubleshooting experience.
