Job Summary

We are seeking a Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will provide high-quality support to customers via various channels.

Your responsibilities will include resolving configuration issues, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience with our cloud products.

  • Resolve customer configuration issues and respond to customer queries via email and chat.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring customers have a positive experience with our cloud offerings.
  • Analyze customer use cases, troubleshoot issues, and implement workarounds for product bugs.
  • Contribute to knowledge base development through articles and SOPs.
About the Role
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or support role.
  • Familiarity with IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS concepts.
  • Knowledge of AWS Services such as S3 and key web technologies, browser behaviors, and troubleshooting tools.
  • DNS record types A, CNAME, TXT, and ability to apply networking concepts in debugging real-world networking issues.
  • Basic understanding of IdP, SP Architecture, and hands-on experience with debugging SSO issues is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
  • Logical approach to problem-solving and strong troubleshooting experience.
