Financial Services Associate

The ideal candidate will serve as a telephonic concierge and primary point of contact to high-value customers, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries. They will perform account maintenance on deposits and money market accounts, assist with payment investigations, and work with internal and external clients to resolve issues.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provides excellent customer service and addresses inquiries in a timely manner
  • Performs account maintenance on deposits and money market accounts
  • Assists with payment investigations and fee reversals
  • Works with various departments to resolve outstanding issues
  • Follows up on escalated or referred tickets to ensure resolution

The Financial Services Associate plays a critical role in ensuring that customer expectations are met and rapport is established with each caller. They must be able to interface with clients to determine present and future needs, discuss progress toward solutions, and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of applicable products and services.

Requirements:

This Experienced support level role typically requires general education or vocational on the job training. The ideal candidate will have a substantial understanding of the role and apply judgement in decision making. They will work independently on routine tasks and receive general instruction on new work.
