Description:

We are seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients through various communication channels.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Provide comprehensive support to customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their inquiries and concerns.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints and issues professionally, maintaining a positive attitude and tone throughout the interaction.
  • Quality Assurance: Participate in quality audits to ensure compliance with established standards and guidelines.
  • Training and Development: Collaborate with internal teams to create training materials and triage documents that enhance the customer experience.
  • Performance Metrics: Analyze performance data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Education: A graduate degree in any discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a voice-based customer support role is required.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher) and German language skills are essential.
  • Certifications/Awards: Relevant certifications or awards related to customer service or quality assurance are desirable.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary to work effectively with customers and internal teams.

Work Environment:

  • Shift Work: Willingness to work in shift: 12 PM – 9 PM (Mumbai office).
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and improve service delivery.
