Job Title: HR Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support the HR team in managing article trainee lifecycle processes.

  • Coordinate end-to-end registration, transfer, and termination of article trainees with ICAI regulations.
  • Manage and maintain trainee records in accordance with firm policies and ICAI guidelines.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for article trainees on matters related to registration, transfers, leaves, extensions, and completion processes.
  • Liaise with principals and ICAI for relevant documentation and forms.
  • Monitor compliance with ICAI regulations and ensure timely submission of necessary documents.
  • Utilize strong stakeholder management skills to coordinate and manage internal and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Prepare reports and trackers related to article trainee lifecycle status updates.
  • Assist in organizing trainee inductions, training sessions, and evaluations.
  • Draft communications and documentation, including letters, emails, and updates.
  • Support the Article Matters Team in process improvements and system enhancements.

Requirements/Skills:

  • Recent graduation; MBA students also welcome.
  • Interest in HR operations or ICAI-related processes is beneficial.
  • Basic knowledge of ICAI articleship rules, forms, and processes.
  • Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive approach.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team.
