Human Resources Coordinator Job Description

The Human Resources Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the HR leadership team with daily operations and administrative tasks.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing attendance, onboarding formalities, and employee record maintenance.
  • Support end-to-end recruitment including job postings, resume shortlisting, and interview scheduling.
  • Draft and communicate internal emails, office circulars, and employee notices professionally.
  • Manage Excel reports, HR dashboards, and PowerPoint presentations for reviews and audits.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, awareness drives, and cleanliness campaigns aligned with 5S principles.
  • Interact with staff on the shopfloor, understand their needs, and support in resolving minor grievances.
  • Ensure compliance documentation and audit preparedness for HR processes.

Preferred Candidate Profile

To excel in this role, we seek fresh graduates or diploma holders with 0-1 year of experience in HR or admin functions.

  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) with the ability to write professional emails and documents.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Internshala, and the ability to connect with training/placement partners.
