HR Systems Administrator

We are seeking a skilled HR Systems Administrator to lead the configuration, maintenance and enhancement of our HR technology stack.

  • Job Summary:
  • Oversee the lifecycle of HR systems including configuration, upgrades and integrations.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all platforms.
  • Partner with HR data analysts to deliver timely and actionable HR reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of HR systems.
  2. Lead system upgrades, implementations and integrations in partnership with IT and external vendors.
  3. Maintain system configuration, security roles, workflows and user access controls.
  4. Ensure accuracy and consistency of employee data across all platforms.
  5. Partner with HR data analysts to deliver timely, accurate and actionable HR reports and dashboards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • 5+ years of experience in HRIS/HR systems administration within a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with SaaS-based HR platforms and strong understanding of HR processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in systems integrations, project management and change management.
