Strategic HR Systems Consultant

We seek a skilled consultant to oversee the implementation and management of our HR systems.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing HR software, with a proven track record of managing end-to-end implementations across multiple modules. They will be responsible for overseeing the configuration, customization, and integration of HR modules, as well as driving digital adoption and change management activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation/updating/modification process for all HR modules
  • Stakeholder Management: Work with vendors, consultants, and partners to ensure the success of the implementation and resolve any technical or business-related issues
  • System Configuration & Customization: Oversee the configuration and customization of HR modules where needed, according to business needs and best practices
  • Training, testing & Quality assurance of HR tech products: Develop and deliver training materials and user guides. Plan for pilots, testing, provide end-user training and support for HR professionals and other business users to ensure smooth adoption of the system
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications are a plus
  • Experience: Overall 12 to 15+ years of experience with experience in implementing HR Systems / Support HRMS platforms
  • Technical Skills: Experience with HR implementation and Project Management, Knowledge of HR integration with other systems (BMC Helix or third-party tools), High proficiency in excel, macro and report automation tools
