About the Role

Are you a sales professional seeking to drive revenue growth through target-based sales? Do you have exceptional communication skills and experience in customer engagement?

  • As a Sales Associate, your primary responsibility will be to generate revenue by establishing rapport with students and their parents.
  • You will need to understand student profiles to offer tailored solutions and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Key performance indicators will include direct revenue generation, meeting sales targets, and building strong relationships with customers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 0-5 years of experience in sales with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is necessary for this role.
  • Prior experience in target-based sales or revenue-focused roles will be a significant advantage.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as high organization and detail-oriented abilities, are required.
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills, along with experience in EdTech sales, will be highly valued.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is preferred but not mandatory.
