Operations Excellence Lead

We are looking for a seasoned leader to spearhead our digital lending operations.

  • Oversee operational efficiency ensuring seamless day-to-day running of platform operations.
  • Drive participant onboarding efficiency and processing requests within stipulated timelines.
  • Ensure end-to-end NACH settlement process and coordination with regulatory bodies.
  • Publish regular management information reports to key stakeholders.
  • Handle customer service and grievance redressal within agreed timelines.

Automation Initiatives and Process Excellence:

  • Streamline processes, introduce automation enablers, enhance customer experience, and reduce operational costs.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures, optimize workflows, and ensure scalability across operations.

People and Compliance Focus:

  • Lead the operations team fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure operational processes comply with regulatory requirements, manage risk mitigation, and internal audits.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute operational strategies aligning with overall business objectives.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Pedigree: B.E./B.Tech/Tech background with 10-15 years of experience in large-scale operations/payment operations.
  • Experience in fintech industry/digital lending expertise/Supply chain business/B2B lending will be given due consideration.
  • Leadership and people management skills essential.

This role is pivotal in building and scaling our company's end-to-end digital lending operations.
