Job Title: Head of Operational Excellence

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the operational efficiency of a large-scale digital lending platform. Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day running of platform operations, and driving participant onboarding efficiency.

A successful candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in large-scale operations or payment operations, preferably in the fintech industry or digital lending expertise. Leadership and people management skills are essential.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end operational efficiency to ensure smooth day-to-day running of platform operations.
  • Drive participant onboarding efficiency for a seamless and quicker onboarding process.
  • Ensure data reporting and relevant MIS are published to key management and stakeholders regularly.

Requirements:

Pedigree: B.E./B.Tech/Tech background with 10-15 years of experience in large-scale operations or payment operations. Fintech industry/digital lending expertise/Supply chain business/B2B lending experience is highly desirable.
