Job Title: Operations Excellence Manager

 

The Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced manager to lead our operations excellence program. As an Operations Excellence Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and reducing waste.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Lead the implementation of manufacturing excellence practices, including total productive maintenance (TPM) and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of process improvements.
  • Coach and develop team members to improve their skills and knowledge in operations excellence.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of implementing process improvements and achieving results.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
