Senior Consultant Job Description

As part of our consulting team, you will lead projects from opportunity assessment to final implementation, leveraging your expertise to drive results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Building strong relationships with client stakeholders to address operational issues
  2. Conducting interviews to assess current state, evaluating against industry standards, and recommending improvements
  3. Analyzing client spend data, creating project deliverables, and conducting market research
  4. Developing process maps, identifying gaps, and proposing improvement opportunities
  5. Collaborating on RFPs, supporting bid evaluation, and supplier selection
  6. Developing financial models, presenting to decision-makers, and drafting negotiation strategies
  7. Evaluating suppliers' pricing proposals and developing cost reduction strategies
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-4 years of experience in a consulting firm or industry, with a focus on operations, supply chain, or procurement
  • A start-up mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, and a strong ownership mentality
  • Proven problem-solving, time management, and quantitative analysis skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
