Job Title: Business Operations Specialist

  • We are seeking an experienced business operations specialist to oversee day-to-day activities, manage workflows, and provide exceptional support to users.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee day-to-day operations across various modules, ensuring seamless workflow and timely completion of tasks.
  • Analyze data, identify trends, and generate reports to inform business decisions.
  • Provide technical support, training, and guidance to users, ensuring efficient use of systems and tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive process improvements, implement best practices, and maintain compliance with company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in business operations, preferably in real estate/construction.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting) and proficiency in data analysis.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bonus Points:

  • Familiarity with Farvision ERP system or similar software.
  • Experience with generating insightful MIS reports and dashboards.
