We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Customer Service Specialist.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Market Monitoring: Monitor financial market events, including holidays, trading hours, and economic events, for assigned regions.
  • Analysis: Analyze gathered information to ensure published data is accurate, drawing on extensive knowledge of cultural nuances and patterns.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and institutions that impact our business.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with global colleagues in virtual teams.
  • Relationship Building: Navigate complex relationships with Central Bank, Stock Exchange, FX Trade Support, and CSD officials worldwide.

Training and Development:

You will enhance your knowledge of financial markets and culture, learn about our products, and build relationships throughout the company's international offices as part of our training program.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, International Relations, Marketing, Communication, or Management.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Self-motivated, independent worker.
  • Highly detail-oriented and well-organized.
