Our organization is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to provide exceptional support to our clients. This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, be able to build rapport with customers, and demonstrate empathy and professionalism in all interactions.

This position requires proficiency in using CRM software and tools, as well as analytical skills to analyze customer data and generate insights.

We are looking for someone who can work collaboratively with the sales team to provide seamless support throughout the sales process. The successful candidate will contribute to the development and implementation of CRM processes and protocols, while continuously updating product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the sales team
  • Analyze customer data and generate reports
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport
