Purpose

To drive business growth, we aim to achieve sales targets and deliver high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • We develop tailored sales plans for specific industries, focusing on identifying new opportunities, forecasting market trends, and understanding customer needs.
  • We closely monitor sales targets at the territory/vertical level on a weekly basis, taking corrective action as needed and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • We negotiate terms with clients, obtain approval from our manager, and foster strong relationships with customers to meet their requirements.
  • We identify opportunities for integrated solutions, document specifications, and resolve customer queries efficiently.
  • We collaborate with operations teams to execute orders within predefined timelines, communicate changes in order specifications, and enhance response quality.
  • We ensure timely collections from clients, efficient dispatch of goods, and adherence to policies/procedures to minimize response time to customer queries.
  • We provide technical support to customers, record and resolve complaints within set deadlines, and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proactive, and demonstrate a passion for driving business growth. Experience in sales, marketing, or related fields is highly desirable.
