Requirements
">- Ph.D. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Materials Science, or related field.
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact device engineering solutions, with a strong understanding of device physics, process modules, and yield improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
- Experience in guiding TCAD and compact modeling teams, with a deep understanding of transistor physics and fabrication details.
