Job Description">

As a Senior Engineer for the Wafer Electrical and Sort Test Module, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers to ensure quality compliance across various technology nodes.

You will drive process improvements, reduce test time, and optimize debug algorithms while coordinating with integration and customer teams on test chip layouts and probe-card design.

  • Lead a team of engineers in ensuring quality compliance across 28nm to 110nm nodes
  • Drive process improvements, test time reduction, and debug algorithm efficiency
  • Coordinate with integration and customer teams on test chip layouts and probe-card design
  • Present updates to internal and customer senior executives
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure quality compliance across multiple technology nodes
  2. Drive process improvements and reduce test time
  3. Optimize debug algorithms and coordinate with integration teams
  4. Presentation of updates to senior executives
Requirements:

Strong understanding of device physics, process modules, yield improvement, failure mechanisms

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Engineering Physics, Materials Science or equivalent; Master's degree preferred

Hands-on experience with Etest Program and/or equipment and ability to analyze and interpret data from Etest structures

Qualifications:
  1. Electrical engineering background or equivalent
  2. Strong understanding of device physics and process modules
  3. Hands-on experience with Etest Program and/or equipment
