At Tata Electronics Private Limited, we are establishing a cutting-edge Semiconductor Foundry in India.
Key Responsibilities:- Transfer technologies from partner facilities to our Fab teams.
- Develop feature additions and improvements to our technologies, focusing on leakage, performance, RF/Power FOMs, Auto Grade Qualification, and more.
- Analyze performance targets and costs with business teams.
- Design test chip layouts with Integration teams.
- Lead cross-functional teams globally to meet project performance requirements.
- Built strong customer relationships based on confidence in TEPL's technical capabilities.
- Benchmark competitors and develop roadmaps.
- Ability to manage, mentor, and lead professionals.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to win, working independently.
- A team player with diverse global norms, adapting your style accordingly.
- Inclusive, collaborating, and open to new ideas and approaches.
- Approach challenges with curiosity and resilience, seeking data to build understanding.
- M.S or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Materials Science, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of device physics, process modules, yield improvement, failure mechanisms, analytical techniques, and compact modeling.
- Experience in transistor development and optimization for at least one CMOS node.
- Deep knowledge of CMOS parameters, figures of merit, and experience in achieving competitive performance.
- Understanding of transistor physics and fabrication details, especially planar MOSFET and BJT.
