Device Engineering Leadership Opportunity

Job Summary:

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Research and Development Fellow to lead our device engineering team in the development of cutting-edge technologies for the semiconductor industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transferring 28-90nm technologies from partner facilities
  • Enhancing feature sets and improving 28-90nm technologies
  • Meeting project performance requirements and conducting cost analysis
  • Designing test chip layouts

  • Building customer relationships and benchmarking competitor strategies

  • Deep knowledge of CMOS parameters and figures of merit

Desired Experience Level:

  • 7+ years experience in the semiconductor industry
  • Proven track record of developing new technologies into high volume production
  • Problem-solving skills using TCAD and bench tools
