We are seeking a seasoned eNVM Bitcell Design Expert to spearhead our cutting-edge semiconductor project in Dholera, Gujarat.
Role Overview:
As an eNVM Bitcell Design Expert, you will be responsible for crafting innovative and reliable designs that meet the demands of advanced technology nodes. You will collaborate closely with device and circuit engineers to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
Your Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement efficient bitcell layouts and designs for various types of embedded memories, including Flash, MRAM, RRAM, and EEPROM.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee reliability, yield, and performance at leading-edge technology nodes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in transistor-level design, device physics, reliability, and design for manufacturing (DFM).
Your Background:
• 5-12 years of experience in semiconductor memory design, with a strong focus on bitcell layout and design for eNVM/Flash/MRAM/EEPROM.
• B.Tech/M.Tech/PhD in Electronics, VLSI, Microelectronics, or Semiconductor Engineering from a reputable institution.
