We are a prominent global player in the electronics manufacturing industry, with emerging capabilities in Electronics Manufacturing Services, Semiconductor Assembly & Test, and Design Services.
We require a Program Manager to oversee key milestones, manage stakeholder engagement, and navigate project complexities. This role is ideal for individuals who have experience in managing complex projects with strong grasp of contract management and financial principles.
Key Responsibilities:- Own project timelines and collaborate with internal teams to achieve defined milestones.
- Manage technology partners and stakeholders for 100% compliance to technology license agreements and key milestones.
- Risk mitigation and problem-solving: proactively identify and resolve risks or challenges that may arise.
- Reporting and decision-making: manage project reviews with senior management and facilitate their decision-making through analysis and presentations.
- Crisis management: effectively manage crises by collaborating with senior management to develop response strategies.
- Project updates to government: work with the internal government affairs team to provide project updates to the state government.
- Exceptional ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear interactions with all levels of stakeholders.
- Collaborative leadership style, fostering teamwork and continuous improvement among site management teams.
- Adaptable and resilient, able to navigate challenges and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
