We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Development professional to lead our Enterprise Sales efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing new clients, growing wallet share, and ensuring commercial closure with merchant partners.
About the Role:
- Sourcing New Clients: Identify and pursue new enterprise opportunities, targeting large-scale merchants and strategic accounts.
- Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business objectives and pain points.
- Pipeline Management: Provide accurate forecasts to senior management while staying informed about market trends and competitor activities.
- Comprehensive Solutions: Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that deliver measurable value to clients.
- Contract Negotiations: Customize solutions to meet unique client needs and ensure favorable contract negotiations.
Requirements:
- Experience: 6+ years in payments, e-commerce, fintech, or technology-enabled commerce businesses in a solution-selling environment.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, aggressive selling skills, excellent relationship management, negotiation, and business acumen.
- Education: Graduate or postgraduate degree preferred.
- Software Proficiency: Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
